Medical emergency trip

This trip to Oregon was completely not in my plans. It seems appendix chooses the worst moment to burst. And that's what happened to Kyle when he flew to Portland for his annual language conference. I didn't see much of Oregon or Washington states when I made it there. I was focus on making it to the hospital and transferring him safely to the hotel. But the Uber driver told me quite a lot about the area there. Salmon Creek hospital in Vancouver WA looked like professional institution to me and they did good job on Kyle. I was able to take a couple pics of the building and its yard. On the way home we got the nice surprise from mother nature - perfect visibility on the flight home. Thanks to that we could see Cascade Mountains from the bird-view perspective. Something that hardly ever happens.
